The need is well documented

The need for assistance and training in the use of technology has been documented in a number of studies. We want to test whether the Smart help service can meet this need. Visually impaired users will be able to access assistance by phone, email, or chat at SmartJa.no.

Useful help at SmartJa.no

We have spent several years building the website SmartJa.no, a resource for people with disabilities and others to get help with technology. Smart help springs from this website, and the site will be continuously updated throughout the project.

Contact us

Smart help will be launched this summer. We would like to hear your ideas about how to develop the best possible service: the technology challenges you experience, preferred type of learning materials, when you most need help etc . Send mail to smartja@smartja.no, phone us at 21 53 80 10, or share your experiences at an informal get together at our offices on January 29.
