The Eye Phone

The Eye Phone project tested the use of videophone technology to provide assistance for visually impaired people from a centralized service. The project ran for two years and was a cooperation between MediaLT, Telenor, Eterra, Tandberg, The Norwegian Blind Federation and the National Insurance Administration.

After the project MediaLT and Telenor have also tested mobile terminals.
